Commscope cable system range of wireless transmission line product, foam dielectric cables LDF cables such as Andrew Heliax LDF4RK-50A, LDF1-50, LDF2-50 etc have a closed-cell, foam polyethylene dielectric that prevents water migration and maintains its characteristics over time. LDF cables are designed for low loss. Their lower density foam allows higher velocities and provides lower attenuation. Attenuation characteristics approach those of air dielectric cables.

Weatherproof: Closed cell dielectric prevents water penetration. Connector O-rings seal out moisture.

Excellent Inter-modulation Performance: Solid inner and outer conductors eliminate IM generated by numerous moving contacts in the current path that are found with stranded inner conductors and braided outer conductors.
